Lou Cirillo is a native Long Islander who traded in the beach for Breckenridge’s coveted ski lifestyle over two decades ago. “I helped a young family get into their first home and spent many days working with the owner to move him out,” Lou explains. “He was elderly, and I knew that if I didn’t get it done there was no way the home would close. He could not afford to hire anyone, so I moved him. In the end, everyone was happy. That is what this job is all about. Helping people and building meaningful relationships for years to come.”

A proud father of two grown children, Lou has been quite involved locally with his kid’s schools, and formerly sat on the Board of Team Summit – a youth development organization empowering athletes to realize and celebrate their personal podiums through athletics, education, and life skills. Lou was Chief of Competition services for the Rocky Mountain Freestyle association for many years helping to grow the sport in the area. A member of the Boy Scout troop 187 leadership team while his sons became Eagle scouts top off severalof Lou’s volunteering efforts within the county. When he is not showing ski properties or developing a custom marketing strategy, Lou can be found traveling, skiing, golfing, or hitting the beach.
